Staff very friendly from reception staff to Chef, cleaners and manager Lilly. Always happy to advice and sell excursions. Hotel spotless, grounds immaculate bed comfy, room good size. Breakfast good, usual Asian food and omelette cooked fresh. The location is quiet. This was good for us as we wanted some chill out time by a pool as well as sightseeing. Taxi ride less than $1 each way via grab into the old town. Hotel had a shuttle but we didn't use as restricted on timings.

Sunny has a very organization skill from the first arrival to departure date. She took care of your feelings about the stay. She arranged massages, lunch right after the massages, arranged shuttle bus to Hoian ancient city and pick up so that I could maximize my tour interest although I only stayed one night there. Sunny could even rearrange the Ba Na Hills stay moving to another date because of the bad weather with good negotiation and communication skill with the hotel. She is a good treasurer as well, Sunny found out I double paid the transport. She honestly informed me and organised the refund. It is very impressed me. Lily was the second person who got the good comments. She fed and serviced us good at the restaurant.

Friendly staff, great food, amazing apartment, amazing pool, surroundings and location. It takes about 10 mins to the old town and 5-7mins to the beach. Very affordable in taxi’s and a free shuttle at 4.30 each day to the town, would highly recommend to anyone looking to relax!

2nd visit, total of 31 nights. We love the location, convenient to old town and the beach but in the rice fields. The location is great, the rooms are large and well appointed, very clean, all rooms have wonderful views of the river and countryside. Great spa, resort activities and buffet breakfast. The best reason t stay here is the warm, friendly, efficient staff who always try to make your stay memorable. Especially Ms Lily in the dining room, Ms Anna on reception, David and Henry in the bar and Ms Jennie in the spa. Well worth considering this option, you won’t be disappointed

The overall feeling of peace and calm, especially if you are coming from Da Nang or Ho Chi Minh City. Close enough to both the Ancient Town and the Beach: just a 5 mins ride with Grab or taxi. They even offer a free shuttle service. But the most outstanding features would be: friendliness of the staff (shoutout to Miss Lily and Miss Sunny) and the garden / swimming pool area. It almost feels like being in a private villa, away from home.
